A System to Manage Support Services in your Company

The installation of these systems will form the hub onto which the other systems with similar formats can be bolted on. The system will provide a method to manage compliance, permitting, EMS (ISO 14001) and Safety certifications, Property insurance, and Worker’s Compensation. The management tools will utilize existing programs and enhance current results.

• The program can be centered on the Environmental Management system, (EMS), and the Safety / Health management systems. This will make client eligible for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification.

• A Property Insurance Management system can be developed to control risk factors affecting the policy costs. This area is more important than ever with the recent steep increases in premiums.

• Workers Compensation management systems can be added to control payouts and premiums.

• From both the EMS and the Health and Safety systems a component addressing Crisis Management can be developed to assess risk and business continuation policies.

All of the above systems follow the same format starting with a Policy which develops procedures at various levels. The maintenance of these areas is the regularly scheduled risk assessment and the prioritization of action items. This assessment allows the users to prioritize their action items and determine the projects considering efficiency and cost control.
